Best Foot Forward is a free, one morning experience for 40 Napa area women, offering a complete professional outfit, a polished resume, interview coaching, a professional headshot, and direct introductions to local employers who are hiring. No cost. No judgment. Just a fair shot.

Is this really free?
Yes, entirely. There is no cost to participate and no catch.
Do I need to already have a resume?
No. Bring what you have, even nothing, and our volunteers will help you build one.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. We provide the outfit, the styling, and the materials.
Do I need to live in Napa County?
You should either live in Napa County or be willing and able to work a job in Napa County, since our employer partners are Napa based.
Is there childcare or transportation help?
Not this year. We hope to add this as the event grows.
What if I am not sure what career field I want?
That is completely fine. Our career coaches are there to help you figure that out, not just polish what you already know.
How do I know if I got a spot?
We will email and text you within a few days of applying to confirm your spot or let you know you are on the waitlist.
